How does it work?
The device collects bone conduction data and recognizes snoring through built-in model matching. When the intensity of the snoring sound meets the requirements and is regular, the device can dynamically increase the snoring sound model through machine learning in about 30 seconds.
When the snoring sound is recognized as snoring by the device, the device will vibrate and the vibration level will be adaptive. If the intervention of the current vibration level is unsuccessful, the vibration will increase step by step, reaching the highest level of snoring intensity set by the user. If the intervention is successful, the vibration level will be maintained; if there is no snoring for a long time, the vibration level will be reduced.

5-Day Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility: Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Initiation: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting materials including an unboxing video and a clear image of the product along with the bill.
3. Unboxing Video and Product Image:
- Unboxing Video: Record a clear video while unboxing the product. The video should capture the condition of the package, the unsealing process, and the product in its original state.
- Product Image with Bill: Take a clear image of the product along with the bill or invoice. Ensure the product and bill details are clearly visible.
4. Approval: Once your return request and supporting materials are received and reviewed, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID you provide within 7-10 business days.
6. Exclusions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.
