- Unboxing Video: Record a clear video while unboxing the product. The video should capture the condition of the package, the unsealing process, and the product in its original state.
- Product Image with Bill: Take a clear image of the product along with the bill or invoice. Ensure the product and bill details are clearly visible.
4. Approval: Once your return request and supporting materials are received and reviewed, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID you provide within 7-10 business days.
6. Exclusions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.
